I have been a Burger King customer for many many years, and I have always enjoyed a good whopper, in fact, it is my favorite burger when prepared and served right. Today I stopped at our local Burger King to get lunch for my family. Unfortunately, I didn’t check my order at the window and when I got home I didn’t get any fries with our combo, just burgers and no fries at all. Unfortunately, this is happening way too often, and so I decided to review on MyBKExperience.
They just remolded the Clinton Burger King and they have been hiring for three months. They apparently hire anyone who applies because they employ some real winners. If they can’t find a way to improve the quality of food and service I will not continue to be a customer. I am truly sending this feedback in a last attempt to get someone’s attention hoping they will hire some quality individuals that understand customer service and quality of food.
