Visit on 09/10/18 whopper’s good, took the survey. My problem is with previous visit 09/08/18, drive-thru order, told to pull around while chicken sandwiches cooked, after 22min went inside for food, order wasn’t ready, no employees seemed too concerned, waited 5 more minutes for fries, sandwiches barely warm, no offer of any compensation just sorry for the wait, customer service terrible, store # 18143, survey code 101,019,300,088,020,433,83. Do something about this.
