  • You need a mobile device or a computer with Internet Connectivity. The latter is preferable as it is easier than the former.

  • Enter the number, select your language and click “Next”.
  • When the next screen loads, it will require you to enter the 20 digit survey code.
  • The MyBKExperience survey code is at the bottom of the receipt. Enter it and hit “Start”.
  • The first question you will need to answer is how much were you satisfied with your experience at Burger King.
  • Once you answer that, it will ask you your order type whether it was a drive-thru, Dine-in, or Carry-out.
  • Click Next and you will be redirected to the actual MyBKExperience survey.
  • Answer all the required questions honestly. You will need to answer as to how much you were satisfied with the different criteria at the Burger King Restaurant.
  • Once you complete the MyBKExperience survey, Burger King will provide you with a validation code.
  • You have to note that code and write it down on the receipt.
  • Furthermore, you can present it to the cashier the next time you visit Burger King and get a discount or an offer on your meal.

    This restaurant is filthy. You need to wash the windows, the booths, the floors and the soda/condiment area. Someone is not doing their hourly walk-through and checking the seating area. As I sit down I can see the grime on the high chair for toddlers. The parking lot also needs the trash picked up.

    Our order was OK. We have had our Whoppers and chicken sandwich literally dripping with excessive grease. This instance both our fries and onion rings were old and lukewarm.

    I ordered a FROSTED ORANGE
    Instead I was given a FROZEN orange drink.
    I let it go,
    when I got my drink it was 3/4 of the way full. I asked that the drink be topped off. I was told that that was the way it came and that they could do no more.
    I should have refused it.

    I could not participate in the survey either.

    the receipt only printed the left side of the paper.

    I asked for a better receipt. I was told that that was the way they came out

    This Burger King really doesn’t give a hoot about what it des.

  3. On August 1,2018 my husband and i went to Burger King at 197 Berkshire Blvd. Reading PA 19610. We had to wsit 25 to 30 minutes just to get our meal. We weren’t the only ones waiting. There was about 20 other people waiting to get their food. I think I’m in titled to at least a $50 dollar gift card or prepaid visa for our inconvenience.

  4. i will try this one last time… i love a good whopper. but you cant get one in council bluffs iowa the bottom bun moist or wet. it never used to be that way.they have to put it together now. so i left them alone until i went to omaha neb. i tried southeast locations.and they were PERFECT. so i think you need to check them out maybe teach them all over again. the lettuce is even nasty.i hope youwould be able to help…i dont think they care.   5. I was a drive thru customer at store #5344 & can say that this establishment needs to have their workers trained in customer service. After ordering there was no total for my purchases repeated to me. Once at the window to pick up my order I was greeted with a smile, but was rushed away (No other vehicles behind me at the time). The window gal really acted as if she was on drugs. Not impressed with the service at this drive thru today. Outside grounds were acceplable. No transients hanging out yet.

  6. First off let me say I go to store #498 b/c the employees are friendly and efficient. That being said the last two times I went for the new sourdough Burger they never toasted the bread what’s up with that? Isn’t it supposed to be toasted? Also both times they never gave me a receipt.

  7. Store #20562 in Kennedale, TX. My fiancé and I visited 8/2/18 for lunch and ate inside. Upon arrival, the signs by the windows are completely destroyed and literally falling apart. Once inside we proceeded to place our order and cash register screen was unreadable, just look like gibberish, had to ask for total cost and for order to be repeated to ensure it was correct. Also, by the beverage machine, water was dripping from top of machine onto the counter and floor. The ketchup dispenser required some strong arms to get ketchup into the small cup. This building next some maintenance completed; it is falling apart and not appealing to the customer.
    Our order was accurate and food was good.

  8. Store 23173 … 13th st. / Bell Rd. Phoenix Arizona

    I had breakfast at the store this morning. the ultimate breakfast with pancakes and sausage. The food was bad and the manager was even worse. I brought the food back to the counter and asked the manager why he would allow food like this to be served? He was very rude condescending and was more concerned with me raising my voice than correcting my order. Instead of letting his preparers in the back know they need to do better he tossed my order in the trash. I was given no receipt. The young lady working in the front was trying to help me but seemed afraid of the manager. I told her I appreciated her and maybe she should take over running that restaurant.

  9. Went to middlebrook pike by after dr appt. I ordered a chicken biscuit for breakfast on the way to a 2nd dr. Open my biscuit. The 3 dollar chicken is smaller than the biscuit that proceeds to fall apart. Had to go to Krystals for another breakfast. I have pictures too. I was VERY disappointed in the breakfast. VERY

  10. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE SURVEY AND SPECIAL OF BUYING FRIES OR ONION RINGS AND BEVERAGE AND GETTING THE FREE WHOPPER. I HAVE BEEN TRYING SINCE YESTERDAY EVENING TO LOG ON WITH MY STORE NUMBER AND THE 20 NUMBER CODE TO DO THE SURVEY AGAIN BUT EVEN AFTER USING 3 DIFFERENT DEVICES, CANNOT ACCESS IT. I KEEP GETTING AN ERROR OF UNABLE TO PROCESS PLEASE CHECK STORE NUMBER AND CODE. WELL I HAVE DONE IT SO MANY TIMES I HAVE THE CODE MEMORIZED AND STILL NOT WORKING. I AM THINKING YOU MAY HAVE JUST LOST A DECADES LONG CUSTOMER. SAD TOO, I REALLY LIKED THE WHOPPER BUT I HAVE SEVERAL OTHER FAST FOOD OPTIONS VERY CLOSE BY ON MY WAY HOME AND WILL BE USING THEM.

  11. After inputting my information into the survey from 3 different computers and 1 phone I still get this
    error “Sorry, we are unable to continue the survey based on the information you provided. Please try again.” WELL, after approximately 18 try’s on different electronic devices, I still get this message.
    BK you need to fix your system, try and keep me as a customer, show me something that will change my mind.

  12. Driving through Tallahassee Florida on way to Jacksonville. Stopped at #6678. Order # 66 Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at 12:20 pm. Specifically asked for packets of ketchup. Did not receive ketchup, salt or ANY NAPKINS. Neither order taker or window attendant offered greetings. Most annoyed that we are in the car and did not receive napkins.

  13. I pulled in to the drive through at the Burger King on Hill Rd. in Pickerington OH (near the intersection of Refuge Rd.) around 1:45 pm today for a snack. I noticed on the drive through menu, there was a kings deal… 2 sandwiches + fries and a small drink for $3.79. There were 3 sandwiches listed including the bacon cheeseburger. However, when I ordered, I was told the “deal” no longer includes the bacon cheeseburger. When I told the cashier it was advertised on the menu, she said, “that sign is from corporate… we don’t have to honor those.” After I asked to speak to a manager, she said I could not get the deal and it would be an extra $1 for the bacon cheeseburger. After several more exchanges, she said I would have to pull out of line.

    After pulling out of the line, I noticed a feedback phone number sign, so I called.866-394-2493. After waiting on hold for over 7 minutes, I gave up and hung up.

    Needless to say, this was an awful Burger King experience… I will certainly never visit this Burger King again.

  14. My husband I want to tell you what a great team you have at # 4079 location . The assistant manager Flo Mc Kee & Becca are always pleasant and have good service skills . They make us want return for our meal , please let them know we appreciate them

  15. I tried to do the survey but most of the numbers I needed messed up on the receipt. I visited the West Lebanon NH location today and realized why I usually do not go into that burger king. I ordered my food and they gave me my coffee first and it was cold. So they brewed another pot and replaced it. I waited fifteen or twenty minutes while my sandwich sat ready to give to me and by the time I received it had to be remade because that too was almost cold. the meal was awesome when I got to eat it. But the experience before made it not as enjoyable.

  16. We were at the Burger King Restaurant in Park Rapids MN on Friday August 10, 2018 and were extremely up set to see a girl (Tracy I believe and her friend) with a dog in the restaurant. The dog was not labeled as a Service Dog. It was on the table and they were feeding it also. Service dogs to not behave as this one did. They brought it in in a dog buggy. If this was truly a “service dog” it should be retrained. They do not belong on the tables.

  18. We ordered a veggie burger meal with just lettuce and tomato, and a small cheeseburger with just lettuce and ketchup.
    First order had to take back because veggie burger came with all the works on it, took back and replacement came in 10 minutes and went back to my table and discovered my cheese burger had no cheese, took it back and in 5 minutes replacement came, took it back as this one had no cheese, took it back and it’s replacement had no cheese, took it back for replacement, by that time my French fries were cold.
    Workers seemed to have no idea what myborder was supposed to be and looked like they could care less.
    Was late for my engagement and almost had a heart attack with frustration.
    Worst meal I have ever had.

  19. Got 2 spicy crispy chicken sandwiches. Both were so over-cooked they were very dark brown in color. They were NOT spicy, as a matter of fact they were tasteless. Very disappointed.

Hello my boyfriend and I went to the 205 University Ave Des Moines location and we met two very nice and polite worker who explained what was the best food to get and their names are Cheryl and jeree and they we so helpful and nice that I will put in a application right after I do this we are very pleased with the service the food was amazing and hot and we will continue to come to this location as much as we can

  21. i went to bk today and ordered two whoppers when i ordered them i told them extra onions and to make it look like the pictures. what i got was two whoppers with the smallest piece of tomato and two pieces of onion. the tomato was the end piece of the tomato what other places through away. in your pictures of whoppers it shows at least two slices of tomatoes and they are to the edge of the bun

  22. I am commenting on the Xenia OH store (located at the corner of Orange and Second Street).There was no ice; no lids for cups. But the worst was the condition of the store (cleanliness), i.e., smashed French fries on the floor, along with spilled liquids. The entire store needs a GOOD cleaning! It shows that nobody seems to care. If I can say something positive, the person taking the order and money was nice, with a good attitude. This was on 31 August at approximately 5:00 p.m.

  23. My wife and I went to BK06447 on 9-01-18 at 1:40 in the afternoon to get a couple of Whoppers. The lady that took our order was blowing her nose and we had to wait to place our order until she finished. She never washed her hands nor covered her mouth as she coughed. She then handed us our cups for our drinks. Disgusting to say the least. She continued to stand behind the counter while we waited for our order and repeatedly coughed without covering her mouth. After our order came and we sat down to eat we watched a man come from the kitchen area with a bucket of ice for the drink machine. Instead of using a small stool or ladder he jumped up on the counter where we just got our napkins and straws from and dumped the ice in the machine. He never came back to wipe the counter off from the filth on the bottom of his shoes. As a life long fan of your Whoppers it bothers me to say this but, I’m in agreement with my wife when she said “never again”.

  24. Worst customer service ever in Alma, AR.! Waited approximately 30 minutes, right in front of the order counter, and they still didn’t start to fill our order until I finally said something. I informed one of the staff that our frozen coke is starting to melt and she said, “hold on.” I knew right then, we should have requested our money back and left. By the way, they never apologized for the wait or offered to replace the melted frozen coke, VERY UNPROFFESSIONIAL!! Finally got our order…got home and our fries consisted of about 8 fries in each container. Will NEVER go back!!
